Meet your presenters:

Stuart Storer
Stuart Storer is a highly experienced teacher from beginner to diploma. Stuart holds a Master of Music and B.Mus. Performance (hons) from Elder Conservatorium university of Adelaide, L.Mus.A, Certificate of Advanced Music, Member of Institute of Music Teachers.
He is also an AMEB examiner in Piano/Piano for Leisure and a Rockschool examiner. Stuart is a member of the AMEB Advisory Board for South Australia and the Norther Territory. He was the syllabus repertoire consultant for the Series 3 Piano for Leisure syllabus.
Stuart is also a composer and had works on the Extra List in the AMEB Piano and Piano for Leisure syllabus. He has arranged many backing and accompaniment tracks which help students learn a great selection of exam repertoire from many syllabii.
Since 2002 he and his wife have owned and run several Forte Music Schools in Adelaide. Stuart teaches students from beginner through to Diploma and also regularly plays in a band with his two children who are also exceptional musicians.

Paul Myatt
Paul Myatt is one of Australia’s leading music teachers and campagner for Arts Education. Paul writes the Theory Fundamentals books with Gillian Erskine. 25 years ago they created Forte School of Music which is now a national and international network of music schools with over 6,500 students in Australia, UK & New Zealand.
Gillian & Paul have also created Piano Teaching Success TV and Blackrock Music. Paul’s passion is to encourage every child to have fun learning music so that they can continue to play and continue to receive the benefits of playing music into adulthood.
He started his teaching career in 1985 and currently teaches over 70 group piano students in just 3 afternoons a week at Forte School of Music Dee Why in Sydney, with many participating in AMEB &&Trinity College grade exams.
He is a passionate believer in the benefits of music education and his personal mission in life is to help to educate teachers and students in having fun learning music as well as facilitating life-long music learning. Paul is an expert in class piano teaching techniques and is a regular workshop presenter around Australia, UK, Hong Kong and the US.
